RECENT TRAVELS

I've been pretty busy lately. Was in Portland, OR for a week of work and then a great meeting in Incline Village, NV. Lots of memories from the latter trip. Got to see two colleagues dare each other to take a swim into Lake Tahoe...which resulted in one guy doing a face-plant in the sand on his run down to the water. They both ended up going in, although the Canadian stripped down to his tighty whities and went completely under. Good thing they were sober enough not to require a rescue effort.

Also, while in Portland I found a spelling mistake at a new clinic. I seem to remember seing a similar error on an office at the Los Angeles branch of this same hospital provider network. It's amazing what gets over-looked. Electrial equipment is Shoking isn't it?
