TOP OF THE EVENING

So I just came back from Pho-Hoa where I devoured a #32 and drank an "Iced Fresh Lemon" while sitting alone. I noticed on the receipt that was left at my table that Pho-Hoa is "One of the Top 400 Chain Restaurants in America!" OK, but I can't even name 400 chain restaurants. Do you think this information is worth advertising? I mean there could be 399 BETTER chain restaurants in America. And honestly people, chains are usually not the best in terms of food quality and service.
