RELAX...

Hope everyone is having a relaxing holiday so far. It's nice to be away from work for a while and spend time with family and friends. I've been hanging out in Oxnard/Ventura where I saw Borat for the 3rd time, attended a wedding in La Mirada where all of the parents were kicked out so that the kiddies could party, and opened some gifts in San Clemente where my mom got a Roomba. LOL.

MAN VS. BACTERIAL INFECTION!

So, I tripped upon this show called "Man Vs. Wild" which airs on the Discovery Channel. Please read the description I pulled from IMDB. This is very accurate. The dude literally squeezes elephant shit water into his mouth! He crouches down in agony with a mouth full of poo! But yet he drinks. Guess it saved his life...but he did this for a TV show. I'm sure they could have just brought in an air-lift.

I almost had the opportunity to drive home tonight. What a mixed blessing though. I was missing an important hardware component that I needed in order to complete this project up here in Santa Rosa. I have a spare in my apartment. It's a long drive just to pick it up, but it's necessary. But here's the catch...if I did I would have been home for 5min tops and would have hopped back into the car.

Luckily, I found a spare. :)

No sleep when people/doctors/healthycells are counting on you. Sunday = another hellish day.

In other news, I'm really liking Aesop Rock's "Labor Days" album as well as Morcheeba's "Part of the Process" albums. Listening to them on my short drives around here from site-to-site.

WELL...WHAT THE HELL IS NEW?

I'm feeling worn out. I'm feeling stressed. I'm feeling like I need a vacation. I do. I'm feeling a lot of things that I don't want to talk about to the world.

Do you think it's better to be omniscient or ignorant? I have a tough time deciding. I think I would like to be omniscient as possible right now, but it's probably not too good for sanity-sake. Act dumb.

I'm away from home yet again, but only 1.5 hours driving distance away. Still too far to sleep in my own bed. Not enough time to spend even a meal with friends. Not even coffee.

Why do people who know each other hate each other so much but keep a straight face at the same time? Why are people not genuine? People suck. People make me happy, yet they make me sad. That delicate balance.

I'm tired. I'm tired of a lot of things right now.

So apparently the marriage question was in regards to an 'in-game' marriage. Meaning that their character was married and divorced in-game not in real-life. She is however "knocked up" in real-life. The melting of real-life and fake-life. Confusing as hell. What a game.
