FOOD FUSIONS

I picked up a horchata this evening and I thought of an interesting idea. Fusion of cuisines and foods. Sure, there's Asian fusion, etc., but I think there is a lot of creative space still available in combining cuisines and flavors. I'm not chef, but I'm willing to let these ideas inspire me to cook more often.

  • Horchata Espresso - The idea I came up with tonight
  • Kimchi Samosas - Came up with this a few years ago, mainly because I live on the border of Indian and Korean communities.
  • Hummus and Falafel Tacos - Pretty simple considering you just replace the pita bread. But I think this would go well with salsa and jalapenos as well.
Sound good? Any other ideas?
